Disc Duplication and Replication

When you need copies, Carousel offers a wide range of options for both CD and DVD output.

Dependent on the quantity required you will be recommended to either:

• Duplication - Where we simply copy your required data and design onto blank CDs or DVDs with a high-gloss protective coating applied,  This is usually best where small quantities (below 500) are required.

          or

• Replication -Where new discs are manufactured with your information and design upon them. Set up costs are obviously higher here so this is not generally suitable for short runs. Once the set up has been achieved, however the costs per disc decrease rapidly, so quantities of over 500 become progressively cheaper than duplication.

.There are also many options for the presentation of your discs in terms of a jewel case, DVD case or other  special formats of protective holder.  With regard to other material we are happy to work with our own associate printers or provide your discs and cases to a printer/asembler of your choice.
