How will I know about volume discounts?


Popular items now offer extra discounts when you buy larger quantities online . Click on the product image (or summary text) and any discount is clearly shown. .


Can I still order by telephone?  


Yes, of course but you can  save money if you order online. By all means ring us if you have product queries etc. We are still here to help!


How does online orderine  affect your delivery service?


Not at all. Order online by 3pm to be delivered next day. If you are in our local delivery area* and order by 11am we will deliver the same day.  

  * BS 1-6, 8-10, 34, and 36 plus GL1-2, 5-8 and 11-13


I generally put in an order for similar products. How will the new site help me?


Log in, click on “Your account”, “Orders” and see all orders you have previously made online. Click on “reorder” and you can repeat or amend any past order.



I do not have a credit account with you. How do I order straightaway?



Pay by any standard credit or debit card, or post us a cheque made payable to "Carousel" . There is also a credit account application form on the site which you can print off and send to us/ your bank. 

       *Because banks take time to reply, however we recommend you place the first order by card or cheque.


Can I see the progress of my order? 


 “Your account”, “Order Information” shows the status of any order you have placed. Once picked, packed and despatched the status turns to green.(You wil also receive a confirmation e-mail for your order).


       *If there is any problem with your order we will contact you using the information in “Your account”, Personal Information”


I sometimes place orders to be delivered elsewhere. Is this possible?


Yes. When you checkout add the new delivery address at the bottom of your personal details page.  

* You can of course repeat or amend this order another time with the delivery address already present.

We have several staff, so we want the option for more than one registered online buyer

No problem. Please tell your colleagues to register their email and password as a normal new user, then just e-mail us saying that you want their email address to be associated with your account.


What is the postal option about?

If you place an order for lighter items it may be possible to post these at a lower price than our normal courier service. If so, the website will present this as a delivery option in the drop-down on the basket page.  
*This only benefits you, of course when your order is under our £150 free delivery point.

I  have forgotten my password

Just use the forgotten password facility that comes up when you try to register. Your password will be e-mailed to your registered email address.
