| Microboards Warranties As a main Microboards dealer, Carousel Media is able to offer exceptionally keen prices on the full range of Microboards disc printing and disc publishing ( ie printing and replicating) machines.
All Microboards products are covered by a full 12 month Return To Base (RTB) guarantee on all parts and labour in the event of any problems providing their warranty registration card is returned completed within 30 days along with proof of purchase. * You return the machine to Microboards at your expense but they repair it and send it back to you at their expense. In addition, however, there is additional protection which is available to purchase at the time you order your machine: - Microcare Warranty. This offers you the guarantee of continuity which can be essential to any service business. A Microcare client has their machine collected by Microboards within 48 hours and a replacement provided free of charge for the period of any breakdown. NB Microcare is only available during the period of initial warranty and in any period of extended warranty -see below,
- Extended Warranty. Full Parts and labour cost coverage is provided during the second year of machine life.
